Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by AMI Engineering Company, LLC ("AMI Engineering," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our products or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay net 30 to AMI Engineering Company, LLC.
Purchase Orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours.
Customer to pay 1.5% interest per month on the total invoice amount after 30 days of invoice aging to AMI Engineering Company, LLC.

Legal Proceedings

In the event it shall be necessary for AMI Engineering Company, LLC to institute legal proceedings to enforce any of the terms and conditions or provisions of all invoices or any breach thereof, the prevailing party in such proceedings shall be entitled to costs, including all attorneys’ fees incurred.

Customer Rejection

In case of any customer rejection, AMI Engineering Company shall be notified immediately within 72 hours, and under no circumstance's parts shall be scrapped out without AMI Engineering Company’s knowledge and consent.

Defect Notification]

Customer must notify the seller of any defect or deficiency with respect to any parts within a reasonable time. For purposes of this agreement, reasonable means within 72 hours of receiving the parts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our products or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
